You can update your details in your customer account at any time.
Changing your picture
You can pick your own profile picture. You can either choose from our album or upload your own photo. This is the photo people in the community will see.
Adding a new user
You can add a number of users to your customer account. Each user gets their own login details. But as the administrator of the account, you have access to all the orders.
This is where can you update your personal data.
This is where you can alter an address you’ve already saved or add a new address. These addresses will then be shown as suggestions for the delivery and/or billing address when you order something.
Registered payment methods
This is where you can update your payment methods. Please note that you can only add a new credit card at the checkout.
This is where you can add your bank or post office account(s). This is also how you can arrange a credit note to be refunded into your bank account.
This is where you can upload your ID. We use this as proof of age for age-restricted products such as certain video games. You have two options for uploading your ID:
- Machine-verified ID
If you have a Swiss identity card or Swiss passport, you can have your ID machine-verified. This means no uploading and no waiting for documents to be checked.
- ID requiring manual verification
Our office team need to check all other documents manually. Simply upload your ID and it should be approved within 24 hours.
