We package all our orders carefully and do our best to ensure products get to you in perfect condition. But in a small number of cases, an order might get damaged in transit. If that happens, please get in touch straight away using our contact form. Select «Returns or warranty: report delivery damage» as the reason for your enquiry. We'll need the following information:
- Order number
- Short description of the damage
- Photo of the damage and packaging
We'll then work together with the delivery company to check what happened to your order. We aim to get back to you as quickly as possible with updates and next steps.
