We don’t do repairs ourselves. But you can still claim warranty for your products. Go to your Digitec Galaxus AG account and look under the corresponding order to find the warranty period for your product. That’s where you’ll see exactly when your warranty started and when it expires. You’ll also find out which warranty extensions and upgrades are available for your product.
We send any faulty devices to the manufacturers’ official and certified repair centres. As it can take a few days to get to and from the manufacturer, we always recommend you send the device directly to the repair centre where possible. We’ll tell you exactly where to send it and how the process works once you’ve registered a warranty claim with us.
