On the day you order from us, you’ll get an automated delivery confirmation e-mail that same evening. (That’s as long as you have this kind of notification activated in your Digitec Galaxus account. For more information see «How can I switch notifications on and off?») In the e-mail, you’ll find your shipment number, which is what you need to track your delivery via www.post.ch. Smaller items may be sent through letter post. This type of mail has a shipment number beginning with 98 and unfortunately can’t be tracked.
Alternatively, you can find your shipment number in the order overview in your Digitec Galaxus account.
