How do I report a damaged device?

What type of damage is covered by the insurance?
Device insurance covers you for:
- Damage that prevents you using the device as intended, for example falls, fire or contact with any type of liquid.
- Abuse of your SIM card by an unauthorised third party if your phone is stolen and used for making calls or accessing your mobile data.
Do I have to pay an excess?
You always have to pay an excess, except if your device is used for phone calls when stolen. Your excess depends on the retail price (value category) of the device you have insured.
