In the first month, we don’t charge the base fee and you can cancel your subscription with immediate effect on any day. After this trial month, you can cancel your subscription at the end of each following month.
Billing in the trial month:
Billing takes place on the third day of the following month. Let’s say you begin your digitec connect trial on 15 September. Your first bill will arrive on 3 October.
In the first month, you don’t pay any base fees. Only services that are not included in the subscription, such as value-added service calls or international calls, will be charged.
In our example, the second bill will follow on 3 November. There are two possibilities:
- If you terminated your contract during the trial month, the base fee isn’t charged.
- If you didn’t terminate your contract during the trial month, half of the base fee is charged. The trial month, the month in which no base fee is charged, lasts until 14 October. From 15 October until the end of the month, a proportionate base fee will be charged.
This means, you are charged the amount of the basic fee (CH 25.–) over the first two bills – It doesn’t matter at which point in the month you start your subscription.
Duration of the trial month:
The duration of the trial month depends on the number of days of the month in which the subscription starts.
In our example, your subscription began on 15 September. September has 30 days, which means that the test month lasts until 14 October.
Thus, you get the chance to test digitec connect for a full month, even if you register at the end of the month.
