You should get an order confirmation e-mail when you shop with us. This includes the expected delivery timeline.
If the product you ordered is available in our warehouse but you still haven’t received an e-mail confirming we dispatched it, please check the following:
- Have you already paid for your order or is the payment method «by invoice»?
- Are all the products you ordered ready to dispatch or did you activate free partial delivery this time?
- Does your order contain heavy or bulky products that weigh more than 30 kg?
- Have you ordered anything that is linked with a mobile phone subscription?
