Unfortunately, suppliers do sometimes send us products with a manufacturing error. We realise how annoying this is. That’s why we obviously won’t expect you to wait several weeks for the product to be fixed at the service centre.
As long as the product is still within the time period for returning faulty goods, known as the right of return, we will offer a free exchange or your money back on the purchase price as a goodwill gesture.

You normally only have 14 days to return a product so it’s important you let us know about a faulty product as quickly as possible.
