From time to time we offer promotion codes for our digitec connect mobile subscription. You can redeem these promotion codes via your digitec connect cockpit and thus benefit from the advertised discount on your mobile subscription.
Here’s how to apply your digitec connect promo code:
- Log in to your digitec connect Cockpit.
- Go into "Settings" and select "Redeem code".
- Enter your code and select the name of the person who should receive it.
- Confirm everything by clicking "Redeem".
The respective services will be discounted from the time the code is valid. This can be seen in your cockpit under the section "Payment". Services that have already been used in the same month will not be discounted retroactively.
- Our promotion codes can only be redeemed in an already active subscription.
- The promotion codes are timelessly redeemable. They therefore have no expiry date.
- It is not possible to redeem several promotion codes in advance.
- Only one promotion code can be redeemed per connection (call number).
- Our promotion codes are always sent to the e-mail address stored in the order (please also check the spam folder).
- The delivery confirmation and the scope of delivery (SIM card) can be ignored.
- Corporate customers with a digitec connect company connection cannot benefit from our promotion codes. However, if you profit from the employee benefit of your company, you can redeem the voucher for your subscription.
