As soon as you place a new order, our system automatically checks which payment methods are available to you.
The payment method by invoice is only available if you pass the credit check.
If payment by invoice is not available to you, this may have one of the following reasons:
- The new order exceeds your personal credit limit.
- The combination of name and address could not be found.
- The billing address and the delivery address are not identical.
This check is carried out each time an order is placed. Thus, different payment methods might be available for one order than for another.
Please note that our customer service team cannot influence the credit check.
This payment method is only available in our online shop. We'll send you the invoice by e-mail. You can also find it in your customer account.
