When you use digitec connect abroad, you have to add international data package manually in the Cockpit. We want to avoid you getting any unexpected roaming charges. That’s why we don’t automatically renew international data packages for you.
But it’s a different story for Switzerland-wide data packages. These get added to your account automatically as soon as you’ve used up your data. This feature is turned on as standard but you can always switch it off in the Cockpit.
What’s more, we’ve set up the Cockpit so you can always access it. Even when you’re abroad and haven’t added any data packages.
