If your order includes services, we will deliver your order to the relevant service partner. They will then confirm a delivery date with you.
The service partner will phone you within a week to agree a suitable delivery date and time. This is why it’s important the phone number in your customer account is accurate and up to date. Otherwise it will be difficult for the service partner to contact you.
This kind of delivery requires several special stages so we unfortunately can’t offer next-day delivery. But we normally deliver within a week.
If you want your order to be delivered at a later date, let the service partner know when you’re scheduling a delivery slot.
