In your account, go to «Orders», select the corresponding order and click the «Edit order» button. Then you can go ahead and update your delivery or billing address.
If you want to change your billing or delivery address after your order has been dispatched, please get in touch via the contact form.
Please note: it’s not always possible to make changes once your product has been ordered or the items have already been dispatched. For insurance reasons, your delivery address has to be the same as your billing address if you chose to pay on receipt of invoice (unless you’re a business customer).
If your order can’t be delivered because your address is incorrect, the parcel will automatically be returned to our warehouse. For pre-paid orders, your account will be credited with the corresponding amount.
