You can sell from your customer account in 3 simple steps:
- Click «Sell products»at the bottom of your customer account
and choose the product you want to sell.
- List the product condition and time frame of the offer along with the sales price.
- Confirm by hitting «Publish».
For your security, we handle payments. If you’re buying a secondhand product, you have all the usual payment options except advance payment.
We don’t charge any set-up fees. But we do take commission based on the sale price. As soon as your product has been sold, you’ll get a confirmation e-mail with details of the buyer’s address and e-mail address so you can get in contact with them. Once your product arrives safely to its new owner, the buyer confirms receipt and your payment appears as a credit note in your customer account. You can then transfer the amount to a bank account of your choice or redeem it against a future order.
