Scroll down in the product overview and you’ll find the «Your question about this product” box just above the rating section. Once you’ve logged into your customer account, you can start typing your question in there:
The Community can now see your question and will normally reply very quickly. If the Community doesn’t reply quickly enough, our customer service team will come to your rescue.
As soon as someone answers your question, we’ll e-mail to let you know. If you think the response resolves your question, you can mark the info as accepted so we know your question has been answered:
Similarly, you can answer other customers’ questions and help share your knowledge with the Community.
