If you order by 5 p.m. on Mondays or by 7 p.m. Tuesdays to Fridays, we'll dispatch your order that day as long as the items are in stock in our warehouse. Your order will normally arrive the next working day (including Saturdays, if you've allowed Saturday delivery in your account). Each product features real-time information on availability.
We'll keep the delivery status updated in the order overview in your customer account.
In some circumstances, your order might be delayed.

If one or more of the products in your order isn't available. We'll wait for all the items to arrive in our warehouse before shipping your order. If you don't want to wait, you can activate free partial delivery. Find out how to set up partial delivery.

If you select advance payment, we ship your items as soon as our system marks the order as paid. This can take 1–2 working days.

If a product you're ordering weighs more than 30 kg or is larger than our standard parcel size, your order will be delivered by a haulage company. They'll phone you in advance to arrange a convenient time to deliver.
