Update from 04.30.:
- The backlog in our central warehouse has been cleared and we are back in the green zone. Products that we have in stock ourselves can now be delivered again with the usual fast delivery. You can recognize such items by the white tick on the green dot in the availability display.
Please note: our customer service team is unable to intervene in the delivery process and cannot give you exact information about when your order will arrive.
Due to the high level of activity in our central warehouse, most orders can no longer be cancelled once they have reached the status «ready for dispatch». In this case, no cancellation button appears on your order, as it’s ready for dispatch.
