How do I go about buying Apple devices that support Apple Business Manager / Apple School Manager?
Important to know before you start: Please make sure to use an e-mail address not yet associated with an Apple service when you enrol with Apple Business Manager / Apple School Manger. Next, it’s time to enrol. For the Apple Business Manager click here: https://business.apple.com/#enrollment (link in German) and for the Apple School Manager, here: https://school.apple.com/#enrollment (link in German). For successful enrollment, you’ll need to have your organisation’s Data Universal Numbering System (D-U-N-S number) at hand. If you don’t know the number, you can look it up here: https://www.upik.de/de/upik_suche.cgi. Following this, Apple will manually verify your enrollment. You should receive a call within 72 hours to check that the information you gave is legitimate. 3. Our Reseller ID and your Organisation ID
In order for devices purchased from us to be managed in the Apple Business Manager / Apple School Manager, Apple requires a transparent supply chain. Namely, the end customer, reseller, distributor and Apple have to form a supply chain in which each participant has a Reseller / Organisation ID. In order to increase availability, we may occasionally have to procure digitec / Galaxus Apple products abroad from distributors who don’t participate in this programme and therefore don’t have their own Reseller ID. Please get in touch with us in advance at email@example.com, so we can provide you with our Reseller ID and you can give us your Organisation ID.

How can I be sure that the Android devices I bought from Digitec Galaxus are assigned to my Android zero-touch account?
1. Enrolling in the programme
Don’t have an Android zero-touch account for your company yet? Get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we’ll be happy to create one for you. We’ll need the following information to create your account:
- Confirmation from your organization that you’re authorized to set up an account. Are you self-employed and registered in the commercial register? Let us know, and we’ll run a brief check. If you’re employed, we’ll need an authorized employee to confirm that you may make this request on behalf of the organization.
- Before we create the account, please provide us with one or several Google IDs (and e-mail addresses) that you would like to use for the service.

Simply send us the order number to email@example.com together with your customer ID for zero-touch, and we’ll assign the order to your account accordingly.
