The following applies to all products in stock in our own central warehouse: All orders received by 7 p.m. Monday to Friday are usually processed and handed over to the shipping service provider on the same day. You can find the latest information on the delivery status of your products in the order overview in your customer account.
The following points can delay or prevent the dispatch of your products:
- One of several products in your order is not available in our warehouse: The dispatch of the entire order will therefore be held back. For the remaining products, you can have products that are in stock sent immediately. You can find out how to activate immediate delivery this in this article.
- You have chosen the payment method "Prepayment": Your order will be shipped as soon as the amount has been credited to our system. This may take 1-2 working days.
- A product is heavier than 30 kg or exceeds the parcel size: In this case, your product will be delivered by a forwarding agent. You will be notified in advance by telephone, in which you can specify the desired delivery date.
