What are the costs of returning an item?

The following costs may be charged for returns:

• Return costs : The customer is usually responsible for covering postage costs to return items.
• Handling fees: at least 10% or a minimum deduction of CHF 5.– if the item has been opened or used. For detailed information, please click here.

However, Digitec Galaxus will cover the costs if:  

• the product is clothing or shoes
• you were sent the wrong product
• the product you received wasn't correctly listed in our shop
• you were sent a product you hadn't ordered
• you haven't received the full product

In the returns process, you can choose your preferred return option and print out your returns label.
