Our return policy explains the types of products and scenarios where we won't accept returns, for example:
- products returned without their accessories
- damaged products (apart from damage in transit)
- products not in their original packaging
- electronic software licences (ESD) or food
- cars, electric cars or hybrid cars that have been bought or rented.
The following products can only be returned if you haven't opened the packaging:
- safety products, such as child seats or climbing rope
- consumables (toner, filters, ink cartridges, etc.)
- health and hygiene products (razors, toothbrushes, etc.)
- books, DVDs and software with a broken seal
- products used for preparing or storing food (blenders, pans, Tupperware, etc.)
