You can claim under warranty for any damage during the warranty period as long as it's not caused by careless handling.
This also applies to damaged accessories and parts prone to wear and tear. However, warranty doesn't cover general wear and tear, for example if a battery has reduced performance after years of use.
If you would like to make a warranty claim, you can register it in your customer account by going to "Warranty services: Defective article" and click report defect.
If we examine the product and find it isn't covered by warranty, we can still send it in for repair at your expense.
