Occasionally, you may get more than one invoice for an order. This is the case if...
- your order contains multiple items that are shipped separately. In this case, you’ll receive an invoice with each delivery.
- you've returned a product but not paid the invoice yet. If that’s the case, we'll deduct the product amount from the current invoice and issue you an updated one. Check the original invoice – if its status says «replaced», we’ve already issued a new invoice. You only need to settle the new invoice.
- you’ve returned a product from your order and shipping or handling costs have been incurred. You’ll receive a separate invoice for these costs.
