Our payment deadline is 20 days after the invoice is issued. As a general rule, this deadline can’t be extended.
Of course, we understand that invoices are occasionally overlooked. For this reason, we send a reminder after the payment deadline has expired. The reminder will state the date of the new payment deadline. As a general rule, we can't extend this final deadline.
The best way forward is to transfer the amount straight away to avoid any extra charges.

It can take up to five working days for your payment to arrive in our system. Therefore, it’s possible that the reminder has overlapped with your payment. In this case, please ignore the reminder.
