Here’s how to get your money back:
- If you return an item to one of our stores, we’ll credit your customer account straight away. You can use that credit to buy a new product or ask for it to be refunded.
- If you return an item by post, we’ll credit your customer account within 5 working days. You can either use the credit for a new order or you can transfer the credit to a bank account of your choice.
