If your package has not been shipped yet:
As long as your order hasn’t been shipped, you can still edit your order including your address in your customer account. Go to «Orders», select the relevant order and click the button «Edit order». If this button isn’t available, the system doesn’t allow adjusting the address anymore.
- For insurance reasons, your delivery address has to be the same as your invoice address, unless you're a business customer.
- If your order can’t be delivered because your address is incorrect, the parcel will automatically be returned to our warehouse. For pre-paid orders, your account will be credited with the corresponding amount.
Has your package already left the warehouse?
Since your package has already been handed over to the shipping provider, we can no longer adjust your delivery address. However, you can try to contact the shipping provider directly to control your shipment. You can get to the service provider via the tracking link in the order.
