You can find the current delivery dates in your customer account under orders. These are always live and are actively updated by us and our suppliers. As soon as your product has been handed over to Swiss Post, you’ll find the direct tracking link in the order on the respective product («Track shipment»). Unfortunately, we are not able to provide you with a tracking link for all deliveries, e.g. for letter shipments or for deliveries from certain third-party providers.
Why is the status of my order still «in stock»?
- You have several products with different delivery times in your order. For ecological reasons, your order will only be shipped when all products in your order are available in our warehouse. If you want it to be faster, you can activate "Dispatch in-stock products immediately" for free.
- If you selected «advance payment» as your method of payment: your order will be shipped as soon as we’ve received your payment. This can take 1–2 working days.
The parcel has been shipped, but I haven’t received it
If your order has been shipped but you haven’t got it yet, first check that it hasn’t been delivered to a neighbour. If this isn’t the case and the status of the order has been «shipped» for at least five days, please get in touch with us.
Check delivery address
Please check whether the delivery address is correct. If you have stored several delivery addresses in your account, you may have forgotten to reset them to your default delivery address if you have moved or placed an order to a different delivery address.
If you have a login with Swiss Post, it is possible that forwarding is active or delivery is automatically set to collection at a post office. Please check whether this is the case.
Why are you sending my order in several parcels?
Not all products are sent from our warehouse. When the item comes from one of our partner suppliers, it’ll be sent to you directly in a separate parcel. You’ll get a confirmation e-mail once each parcel has been dispatched.
