As long as we haven't shipped your order, you can still edit your order including your address in your customer account. Go to Orders, select the relevant order and click «Edit order».
For insurance reasons, your delivery address has to be the same as your invoice address unless you're a business customer.
If your order can’t be delivered because your address is incorrect, the parcel will automatically be returned to our warehouse. For pre-paid orders, your account will be credited with the corresponding amount.
